These Terms of Service govern your use of this website, our marketing and consulting services, our SaaS software subscriptions, and our digital products. The Site, Services, Software, and Products are provided by TELACONT LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States.
Telacont is operated by TELACONT LLC, a limited liability company formed in the United States. Our founder and principal is Mo Haytham Afifi. Our registered office is 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach us at support@telacont.com or +966 59 561 6899. References to "we", "us", and "Telacont" mean TELACONT LLC.
There are two distinct ways to do business with Telacont, and different terms apply to each.
The Services lane covers CRM implementation, AI workflow automation, marketing technology builds, consulting, and retainers agreed through a written engagement. The Products lane covers self contained digital products you buy directly through checkout, and SaaS subscriptions to our Software. The Software is available either as a monthly subscription or included with an active Services engagement.
Each Services engagement is defined by a written scope that we agree before work begins. That scope sets the deliverables, milestones, price, and timeline. You agree to provide timely access, information, and approvals so we can deliver. Where delivery depends on your input, delays on your side may extend the timeline.
We do not guarantee any specific commercial result. Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your product, market, and budget. Some deliverables rely on third-party platforms whose availability and terms we do not control.
Unless your agreement states otherwise, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you once the relevant fees are paid in full.
Prices are quoted primarily in USD. GBP and EUR billing is available, priced at the current rate, and we can invoice in your currency on request. Fixed-scope builds are invoiced up front or by milestone. Retainers are recurring monthly subscriptions billed monthly in advance, and you can cancel with the notice period stated in your agreement.
Invoices are due on the terms stated on them. Late payments may pause work and may incur reasonable interest where permitted by law. Prices are exclusive of taxes, which are your responsibility where applicable. Cancellation and refund terms for Services are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Our Software includes Closer AI (closer.akhbr.io), the Telacont CRM, and the AI Content Creator and Manager. Closer AI is a self-serve monthly subscription. The CRM and AI Content Creator and Manager are managed tools, built and run for you. You can access the managed tools in two ways: as a monthly SaaS subscription at the prices published on our pricing page, or included at no extra cost with an active Services engagement. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software for your business while your subscription or engagement is active. We may update, change, or retire features over time.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@telacont.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, you keep access until then, and you are not charged again. Access is provisioned promptly after payment, as described in our Fulfillment and Delivery Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Site, Services, Software, or Products. That includes not attempting to gain unauthorized access, not interfering with normal operation, not reselling access without our written consent, and not using our tools to produce unlawful, infringing, or deceptive material. We may suspend access for conduct that breaches these terms.
The Upwork Formula and the Akhbar Programme are digital products delivered electronically through our online learning portal after purchase. Products are sold through this website and through our official AKHBR checkout pages, including formula.akhbr.io and closer.akhbr.io. AKHBR is a brand of TELACONT LLC, and charges for AKHBR products appear as TELACONT LLC on your card statement. Prices are shown in full before checkout and match our published catalog. The Akhbar Mastermind is invitation only, is not available through public checkout, and members are selected rather than enrolled. Refund windows for Products are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
The Site, the Software, our methods, and our Products, including all text, design, and code, are owned by TELACONT LLC or our licensors and are protected by law. Buying a Product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it. It does not transfer ownership, and it does not permit redistribution. Deliverables produced under a Services engagement transfer to you on full payment, as described above.
Each party may receive confidential information from the other during an engagement. Both parties agree to keep that information confidential, to use it only for the purpose of the engagement, and to protect it with reasonable care. This does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiving party or that must be disclosed by law.
Except as expressly stated, the Site, Services, Software, and Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or Software will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TELACONT LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant Service or Product in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TELACONT LLC from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, Services, Software, or Products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms apply while you use the Site or any of our offerings. Services engagements run for the term stated in your agreement and may be ended as that agreement provides. We may suspend or end access for a material breach. On termination, your access to the Software ends, and we will walk you through what stays with you and how your data is handled.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonable. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith. Where that fails, disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Wyoming, unless applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to another forum.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. These Terms, together with any engagement agreement and our policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between us on their subject.
