This policy explains how and when you receive what you buy from TELACONT LLC through telacont.com. Services are delivered through a written engagement. Products are delivered digitally after checkout, with no physical shipping.
A Services engagement starts once we agree a written scope and price. We then onboard you, gather access and information, and begin the build with check-ins at each milestone. Most builds run two to six weeks depending on scope, and the exact timeline is written into your agreement.
Where your engagement includes the Telacont CRM or the AI Content Creator and Manager, that software is delivered and operated during the engagement. Delivery can be affected by the speed of your approvals, access to third-party platforms, and the completeness of the information you provide.
The Upwork Formula and the Akhbar Programme are delivered digitally and instantly. After checkout you receive access by email and on screen, with no physical shipping and no waiting period. What you receive is the course content and any materials described on the product page.
If access does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then email contact@telacont.com and we will restore it promptly. The Akhbar Mastermind is delivered under its invitation agreement rather than through public checkout.
Our products are digital, so there are no shipping or physical delivery charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Services are quoted primarily in USD, and GBP and EUR billing is available at the current rate. For products, the checkout shows the price that controls, including the local EGP equivalent on the Akhbar levels where relevant. The amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay.
If anything you bought does not arrive or does not work as described, email contact@telacont.com and we will make it right. A real person reads every message and we reply within one business day.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version, and the policy in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
