Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when you can cancel, when you can get a refund, and exactly how to request one. It applies to services, client software included with active engagements, and digital products bought from TELACONT LLC through telacont.com.

1. Services: cancellation and refunds

Deposits and setup fees cover work we begin at kickoff and are generally non-refundable once that work has started. Monthly retainers can be cancelled with the notice stated in your agreement, and you are billed for the notice period but not beyond it.

For milestone and project work, you pay for milestones completed or in progress at the point of cancellation. If Telacont cannot deliver an agreed milestone, we will either complete it, agree a revised scope, or refund the amount paid for the undelivered part.

Work already delivered and accepted is not refundable. Access to client software is tied to an active engagement and ends when the engagement ends.

2. Products: refund windows

The Upwork Formula carries a 14 day refund window from the date of purchase. The Akhbar Programme carries a 14 day refund window from the date of purchase. To be eligible, contact us within the window as described below.

The Akhbar Mastermind is governed by its invitation agreement rather than this window. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you have under applicable law.

3. How to request a refund or cancel

Email contact@telacont.com with the subject line "Refund request" or "Cancellation". Include your name, the product or service, your order or invoice number, the purchase date, and a short note about your reason.

We acknowledge requests within 2 business days. Eligible product refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Eligible service refunds are processed within 10 business days of confirming the amount.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks

If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us first. We can almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback, and starting a dispute before contacting us can delay the outcome for both of us.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. The policy in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
