About

A martech builder who understands the built environment his clients sell into.

Telacont was founded by a construction engineer, not a generalist marketer. That is the whole point.

In short

Telacont is a marketing technology agency for PropTech and ConTech startups, operated by TELACONT LLC and founded by Mo Haytham Afifi. We build and run full martech ecosystems — martech plus SEO plus content plus consulting — designed by a Construction Management Engineer who studied the built environment his clients sell into for four and a half years.

The founder

Mo Haytham Afifi

Founder, Telacont. Construction Management Engineer. Marketing technologist.

Mo Haytham Afifi spent four and a half years earning a Construction Management Engineering degree. He learned how buildings get financed, inspected, restored, and sold long before he built a single marketing system. That degree is not a footnote. It is the reason Telacont can sell to PropTech and ConTech founders without a translator, and the reason those founders trust the work.

He went on to generate 500,000 USD for a NYC facade restoration firm, working inside the language of the buyers that firm served. He holds 6 Meta certifications and brings a McKinsey background to how he structures strategy and proof. He speaks the compliance vocabulary of the built environment fluently: FISP, LL51, SWARMP, QEWI, LPC. Most martech operators have never heard those terms. Mo's clients live in them.

I studied the industry my clients sell into. That is the moat.

The business, in plain terms.

Why we exist

Why Telacont exists.

Founders in PropTech and ConTech kept hitting the same wall. They had a product that worked and a board that wanted traction fast, but the marketing partners on offer fell into two camps. One camp understood marketing and knew nothing about the built environment. The other understood the built environment and could not build a martech system to save a quarter.

Telacont was built to close that gap. One operator who studied construction for four and a half years, then spent years building the marketing technology, the CRM, the attribution, and the content systems that tie spend to revenue. Not vanity metrics. Pipeline and ARR you can put in a board deck. No hype, just math.

The method

How we work.

01

Lead with the claim, back it with proof.

Every number on this site is one we can show.

02

Build systems tied to revenue.

Every build ships with a CRM and first-party attribution, so marketing maps to pipeline, not MQL counts.

03

Edit before we publish.

The managed-taste standard applies to every piece of content we put a client's name on.

Questions, answered.

Who owns and runs Telacont?

Telacont is operated by TELACONT LLC, a company registered in the United States, founded by Mo Haytham Afifi. Mo is a Construction Management Engineer who builds and runs marketing technology systems for PropTech and ConTech startups.

What makes Telacont different from a normal martech agency?

The founder studied the built environment for four and a half years. Most martech agencies have no construction or proptech domain depth, and most construction agencies cannot build a martech stack. Telacont sits in that intersection, which is why proptech and contech founders trust the work.

What are the founder's credentials?

A Construction Management Engineering degree, a documented 500,000 USD result for a NYC facade restoration firm, 6 Meta certifications, a McKinsey background, and fluency in built-environment compliance language including FISP, LL51, SWARMP, QEWI, and LPC.

Does Telacont use AI to make content?

Yes, with a human editor over the top. Our principle is simple: AI writes the first draft, and a human editor decides what is good enough to publish. We call it managed taste, and it is the difference between content that performs and content that just exists.
