He learned how buildings get financed, inspected, restored, and sold long before he built a single marketing system. That degree is not a footnote. It is the reason Telacont can sell to PropTech and ConTech founders without a translator, and the reason those founders trust the work.
He went on to generate 500,000 USD for a NYC facade restoration firm, working inside the language of the buyers that firm served. He holds 6 Meta certifications and brings a McKinsey background to how he structures strategy and proof. He speaks the compliance vocabulary of the built environment fluently: FISP, LL51, SWARMP, QEWI, LPC. Most martech operators have never heard those terms. Mo's clients live in them.

Why we exist
Founders in PropTech and ConTech kept hitting the same wall. They had a product that worked and a board that wanted traction fast, but the marketing partners on offer fell into two camps. One camp understood marketing and knew nothing about the built environment. The other understood the built environment and could not build a martech system to save a quarter.
Telacont was built to close that gap.
